Bacon & Goat Cheese Muffins

These are a different kind of muffins than you might be used to...if E's allergic to milk (as she probably will be...) I'll have to make these to enjoy some form of cheese!  Yum!

Oh my goodness. There's cheese in this one. I MUST MAKE THESE. The bacon is a plus too.
