Experimenting with Salsa

It seems to me that salsa is one of the most diverse foods that can be made. You can put so many combinations together to great a great tasting salsa!
Case in point 1: Last night I made salsa with 3 ingredients, but the combination of ingredients was delightful! The ingredients were tomatoes (diced), pineapple chunks, and cheese cubes. Some of it I ate with chips and some of it I ate with a fork. All in all, it was very enjoyable.
Case in point 2: This morning I put together another salsa that I had never even though of before, but to my utter surprise is very good. The ingredients are cheese cubes (of course...I think all of my salsas have cheese in them), diced onions, canned black beans (you have to rinse them with water, maybe through a strainer or just use your hands or else the whole dish will taste like black beans), smashed up avocado, seasoned with black pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic salt. It is so good! I'm eating it right this minute and just cannot get enough. I don't think I would eat this without chips because the onions are kind of strong, but it is still good.
If you want to tell me of any of your salsa creations I would be happy to hear about them.

Results are iffy when I follow a recipe, much less experiment in the kitchen. Sorry I'm no help here.

Sounds MUY DELICIOSO! I believe green bell pepper would be an excellent addition to that salsa. Mmmm... bell pepper. And you could put it on eggs maybe.
